Creston Community

Creston Community
Prepare to be inspired

OVERVIEW
Creston Community believes that quality of life and natural splendor go hand-in-hand. With an ethic of preserving the natural heritage of the mountains, our vision for Creston Community was inspired by shared ideals of conservation, responsibility, and environmental sensitivity.

For this reason, Creston Community has partnered with the Foothills Conservancy of North Carolina to establish conservation easements that ensure that the spectacular mountain views, pristine woodlands, rushing streams, waterfalls and natural heritage our residents cherish is forever protected.

Nestled in the peaceful, secluded Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, Creston is a private gated community featuring dramatic long-range vistas, with elevations from 2,200 ft. to 3,100 ft. Of Creston's 1110 acres, 550 are shared community space, with amenities that include hiking trails that wind through hardwood forests adjoining Pisgah National Forest. Homesites are carefully arranged so each provides privacy, seclusion, and mountain views, leaving the surrounding natural habitat untouched.

The roads within Creston Mountain Community have been carefully designed to minimize traffic; you will find no thoroughfares, only less traveled roads ending in cul-de-sacs. Creston Design Guidelines and Covenants have been created to maintain a sense of visual harmony between all homes and the natural environment, while allowing for a range of individual expression and living styles.

Part of the beauty of living in the Creston Community is that though our homeowners enjoy the feeling of peace and seclusion, they don't need to give up urban amenities, as the cultural meccas of Asheville and Black Mountain are within a short drive. Broadband network was recently installed to provide internet access to Creston residents, and the Creston Park and Community Center provide an ideal space for socializing with other Creston Community members.
At Creston Community, you truly enjoy the best of both worlds.
