French Broad Crossing

French Broad Crossing
Let the Adventure Begin!

OVERVIEW
Situated in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Western North Carolina, 30 minutes northwest of Asheville, French Broad Crossing offers peaceful seclusion and nearly two miles of frontage on the wild and scenic French Broad River. Focusing on a plan for conservation, French Broad Crossing has been carefully crafted to create both a sense of seclusion and a feeling of community.

French Broad Crossing is comprised of gorgeous mountain homesites and grand amenities, including a beautiful gatehouse, The River Lodge, The Tree House, The River Park and Pavilion, The Elbow Hollow Conservation Area, and of course, the French Broad River.

Every detail of French Broad Crossing is reminiscent of the easier days of yesteryear, when family was still top priority and where home was an escape from the madness of everyday life. Here you'll find yourself immersed in a world where high adventure is balanced by sweet serenity.

Each detail of French Broad Crossing has been meticulously planned to have minimal impact upon the environment. This low-density community has an average of one residence per six acres, with each homesite blended within the lush terrain. Care has been taken to preservemuch of the native flora and natural slopes that give this land its beautiful mountain character.

Within French Broad Crossing, over 230 acres of woodlands are permanently protected in a conservation easement by the Southeast Regional Land Conservancy, ensuring their enjoyment for generations to come. The community has its own mountain biking and hiking trails, and surrounding forests and parks have their own trails, as well as additional recreation facilities. Homesites, with scenic views, range from one to four acres.
