A perfect marriage between mountain living and lakeside lifestyles, Trillium sits high atop the Blue Ridge Mountains and incorporates the calm waters of Lake Glenville, the highest lake east of the Mississippi. With 26 miles of shoreline, residents have plenty of room to explore the deep waters by water skiing, fishing for bass and trout, or just taking a leisurely boat ride. But if the mountains and lake alone are not enough to entertain, there are plenty of other resort amenities to keep residents engaged—from golf to spending the day at the Spa.

Golf: With sweeping vistas and elevation changes, the 18-hole golf course will challenge any player’s game. A par-3 Garden Golf course offers a whimsical alternative with chipping and putting combined with lush landscapes. Full service pro shop, lessons and clinics also available.
Clubhouse: The Trillium Clubhouse is a beautiful Adirondack-style facility widely recognized in the region for its architecture and stunning design. Offering sweeping views of the mountains and Lake Glenville, the clubhouse features gourmet dining, meeting space, a lounge and a library.
Tennis: USPTA affiliated Tennis program with tennis pro on staff offering instructions and clinics; three indoor and two outdoor clay courts
Marina: Currently there are 34 boat slips at the marina, with plans for 8 more. Boat rentals for members include fishing, deck boats, run-abouts, pontoon boats, and a cruiser.
Fitness: The fitness and wellness component at Apple Orchard Park complement Trillium’s active lifestyle. Featuring three indoor clay tennis courts, a full array of fitness equipment, and a spa with massage and body treatment services, the facility has it all. Programs include regular yoga and Pilates classes, tennis instruction, and group classes.
Recreation: There is an abundance of outdoor recreation within the community and extending through neighboring state parks and lakes, including kayaking, canoeing, boating, swimming, water sports, fishing, golfing, and hiking. For more relaxed recreation, lawn bowling and croquet are offered on the Arbor Lawn.
Walking Trails: Members have access to more than 20 miles of hiking trails
Lake: Lake Glenville is a 1,435 acres lake connected to Trillium by 26 miles of shoreline. Residents can enjoy boating, fishing, water sports, and the beautiful mountain scenery. Lake Glenville is the highest elevation lake east of the Mississippi with an altitude of 3,500 feet.
Fishing: Anglers can enjoy fly-fishing along Norton Creek, or fish in Lake Glenville for brim, walleye, bass, and trout. For those who want to venture out, Tuckaseegee River is less than 10 minutes away and is rated among the top 100 fly-fishing rivers in the U.S.
Camp Trillium: Camp Trillium and Adventure Club are two programs offering children a place to explore and learn together. Activities are geared toward personal growth, education and enrichment all the while fulfilling the thrills kids seek.
